What is ALE (Additional Living Expenses) coverage?
Most homeowners and renters policies include Additional Living Expenses (also called loss-of-use) coverage. When a covered event like a fire or burst pipe makes your home unlivable, ALE pays the reasonable extra costs of living elsewhere — including temporary housing like ours — while your home is repaired. Your adjuster confirms your specific coverage and limits.
Does insurance pay BnB OKC directly?
In many cases, yes. When your carrier or its housing company approves direct billing, we invoice them and you never front the rent. Other families pay us and are reimbursed by their carrier. We provide itemized, claim-ready invoices either way.
How long can we stay?
As long as the repair takes. Most of our insurance-relocation families stay 2 to 6 months, and we extend month-to-month with your contractor's timeline so you are never forced to move twice.
Can we bring our pets?
