What are check-in and checkout times?

Check-in opens at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is often possible on request when the calendar allows.

Are your homes pet friendly?

Several of our homes welcome dogs, including Brompton Manor and The Village Manor. Tell us about your pet when you request dates and we will match you to the right home.

Is there a minimum age to book?

Yes — the booking guest must be at least 25 and present for the stay. We are a family-stay company and do not host parties or events.

Do you allow parties or events?

No. Our homes are in residential neighborhoods and we enforce quiet hours and occupancy limits. Gatherings beyond your registered guest count require written approval in advance.

Do you offer monthly and extended-stay rates?

Yes. Every home offers discounted rates for stays of 30 nights or more — see our extended stays page for how corporate and monthly pricing works.

Do you host insurance relocation (ALE) stays?

Yes — housing displaced families is a core part of what we do, including direct billing with carriers when approved. See our insurance housing page for the full program.

How do I pay, and is my booking confirmed in writing?

Every direct reservation is confirmed with a written rental agreement you e-sign before payment, and you always see the full total first. We accept major cards; no payment is taken until availability and price are confirmed with you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are stated plainly on your rental agreement before you sign. Ask about flexible options when you book — we would rather rebook a home than argue about fine print.

Is smoking allowed?

No. All homes are strictly non-smoking indoors, including vaping. Smoking outdoors is fine — please use the provided receptacles.

Is there a security deposit?

Depending on the home and stay, we use either a refundable security deposit (returned within 14 days of checkout, less any documented damage) or a smaller non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage. Your quote states which applies and the exact amount before you book.

What fees should I expect on top of the nightly rate?

A one-time cleaning fee and lodging taxes — both itemized in your written quote before you pay anything. There are no marketplace service fees and no surprise line items at checkout.

When do I actually pay?

A reservation deposit secures your dates after you e-sign the rental agreement; the balance is due before arrival on the schedule shown in your quote. For 30+ night and insurance stays, we bill monthly.

Do the homes have security cameras?

Exterior only — doorbell and driveway cameras, plus outdoor noise monitors at some homes, all disclosed in the rental agreement. There are never cameras inside the home.
